Trump has been able to make so much headway against the constitutional system because the institutions that are supposed to hold him in check have adopted the posture that it's savvy to let him have his way. Now millions of people are saying "Are you sure? An enormous number of us disagree."

I would love to be proven wrong, but every recipe I’ve tried from someone online raving about that one being different they swear just ends up making me doubt if they ever actually tasted challah. Like, some of them are decent bread but not at all challah-like.

I gave up trying to find one. Even Modern Bread and Bagel in NYC, which has astonishingly good gluten free breads and pastries of types I didn’t think could be done well, has terrible challah. I think the characteristic texture of challah fundamentally relies on gluten.

Krasner: So, if what you have is a group of ICE agents, or even the military, coming into Philadelphia and committing crimes—assaults that are illegal, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, obstruction of the administration of justice—they can be prosecuted.

Another important factor is that aside from citations and patents the NIH funds training opportunities. While much harder to quantify, NIH funding of PhD students and postdocs gives pharma the talent needed to perform drug development.
