Really? So why are you allowing provinces to use the dreaded "Notwithstanding Clause" to circumvent minorities rights (I.e. Trans etc.). Ottawa HAS the power to quash this nonsense but stands silent. Yes it hasn't been used for 80years but doesn't building a better country include tolerance? GMAFB!
