On the days the work feels like it's from floor to ceiling, it's important to still take time to rest, find a moment of peace, joy and brevity. Have fun finding the space to make that happen tho.

One of the facets of personal growth that I love is "shoulds" belong to you. I don't say, and I don't let people say to me, 'you should...' because it's manipulative to determine the actions of others and insist they perform them according to how you outline them.
