Really trying not to feel worried about the results of the election tonight but I can feel the dread building as the day goes on. Please Canada, don’t fail the group project 🥺 I’m not sure I can handle feeling the same way I felt after Nov 6 twice in one calendar year.

Am I incredibly frustrated by the Canada Post Strike? Yes, of course. I have customers waiting for products they paid their hard earned money for.

Will I get upset at striking postal workers? Absolutely not. No chance. I support them fully! People deserve fair working conditions and compensation!

Anyway I am enjoying the Grand Prix Series this year a lot! I always love when the results aren’t necessarily pre-determined and there’s real competition between most of these fields, which makes it exciting!

My skating hot take of the day is that this generation of skaters suffers from an epidemic of performing to the floor. With a few exceptions, the majority of top skates (particularly in men) perform down to the ice and not out to the audience, which makes it hard to enjoy as someone in the stands!
