Time for our annual Christmas hamper delivery. This year we were able to support 5 families thanks to our friends and family who contributed.
Food donations including 5 of each: bags of vegetables, bags of apples, turkeys, maple syrup, boxes of pancake mix, loaves of bread, packages of salt beef, trays of brownie desserts, boxes of stuffing, 2L cartons of milk, cans of cranberry jelly, bags of split peas; and 10 of each: packages gravy, and bottles of apple juice.

Planted a random pack of unspecified hot peppers from the Dollar Store. Didn't expect much from it. Wasn't sure if they were meant to be green/yellow/red but picked a few green ones today just to see. My 12 year old decided to be the tester. Went from "this isn't too bad" to freaking out. 😬 Oops

My little just got his first book from Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, and he was so excited to read it! Thanks #DollyParton

Decided I needed to add more positivity to my day, so I decided to take up colouring as a hobby.

Just a holiday reminder, if a kid isn't "performing", it doesn't mean they are ungrateful or spoiled. They are likely overstimulated.

Delivered Christmas hampers this morning, and cookie decorating with the kids this afternoon. Christmas prep is almost finished!

It's that time of year again. PSA - winter coats are not safe to be worn in a car seat. (Image credit to Safe In Their Seats)
