The speaker talked about this! She called it the “memory bump” zone, which is the music that people listen to in their teens and 20s. It has the maximum benefit for engagement.

Sorry you are part of the no NSAID club with me now. One thing that helps Tylenol work better for me is to take one extra strength & one arthritis (extended release) formula pill. Still not as good as that sweet, sweet Advil, though! Hope you find something that works well (or good enough) for you!

My bf and I rented bikes the last time we were in Seattle, but that was to ride along the Alki Beach path in West Seattle; no hills were involved.
