Someday there should be a reckoning.
Thirty percent of eligibles voted for him. Another FORTY percent sat back and let it happen. So altogether, 70% of Americans, other than minors and people prohibited from voting, are dumber than my poop. And I mean that literally, because my poop doesn’t do stuff that corrupt or destructive.
I think any story about Trump's autocracy should be mostly about the people and institutions who failed to stop it. This guy isn't a political genius, everything else just happens to be rotten. 'Toddler Consolidates Power In Household' is a story about incompetent parents, not shrewd maneuvering

I did an event in DC & there was a party for donors etc after. Was talking to 2 ppl & I said "Things are so bad." They said "No this is how it is. Things swing one way, then another. It's normal."

I’ve avoided news since the election but some gets thru. The Hunter pardon was one of those headlines. John Dean is right and I was already way ahead of him. Biden should pardon Jack Smith & company, every Dem in office, Liz Cheney—hell, I’d pardon Kimmel and Colbert just for the shits and giggles.
Biden should keep going with his pardons: Trump, Jack Smith & team, Mueller & team, and a blanket pardon for all on Trump’s enemies list for any and all political statements before December 25, 2024! Merry Christmas:-). Take the wind out of retribution/revenge!
