My colleague, Sophie, gave the world a brief glimpse this morning of the research we've been developing this summer that conclusively proves faith-based communities serve as a first port of call for many migrants, before the city or the State. But Dublin City Council basically ignores them.
Today, Sophie presented our research on faith-based communities in the NEIC at Dublin City Inter-Faith Forums' annual conference. Acknowledging the importance of the work these communities do for immigrants and the larger community in the area!
