We have a college team play in our stadium every Saturday. We don’t own the stadium, so we can’t kick them out. And that’s reason 1/63759 why cities pay for stadiums, not teams.

Uneven grass is as dangerous as artificial turf, trade concussions for torn ligaments. Acrisure Stadium is a perfect example. Putting the field on a giant rolling mechanism doesn’t help during the winter in Pennsylvania. No matter how much you water or seed it, birds eat seed before it takes root.

When’s the last time you saw someone smoking a real cigarette on tv or in a movie? Idk if that’s a law or a union thing, but I expect we’ll some day think of brain injuries in the way we now think of smoking.

When people have to sign their lives away to participate in a sport, you can’t tell tickets and make it into a spectator event. Certainly can’t televise it.
