The legal realism angle is that these guys could all be in private practice making insane money but can only get close to the lifestyle they feel they deserve relying on insider stock tips. Gotta stay worthy of the Investors' Circle by not nuking everyone's portfolios.

Border Patrol agent Lairmore testifies that he was not injured by the sandwich, but he felt the impact through his ballistic vest.

Also, US third parties are so totally non-viable that they pretty much only exist as protest votes where you don't expect the candidate to ever govern. Not even one Green member of Congress, a couple idiosyncratic independent Senators, no governors, maybe a state legislator or two, of thousands?

Probably? I hope? I've never been in a fascist tattoo shop of any kind, I don't know how overt they are about it or if they try to keep a respectable front, and it probably runs the gamut.
