My daughter made it out of LA last night.
This is climate change. A lot of people on the right are casting blame to avoid taking responsibility. This is their fault, and they refuse to learn any lessons from the consequences.

Would you want to live like an old pulp writer, pumping out constant short stories for enough scraps to keep the rent paid and lights on, but at least doing what you love for a living?
I mean, there are modern equivalents, and maybe some of you essentially do this, minus the typewriter.

I'm so glad the UHC story has reinvigorated the conversation about economic justice. The healthcare debate has been mostly quiet ever since Bernie and Warren ran because they've kept us distracted with the culture war.
If we get economic justice, social justice will follow.
