Thank you @hankgreen.bsky.social , I am using the Focus Friend app to reduce screen time on my phone. I lock myself out of my phone during my commute times and while at work. Mindless doom scrolling is down this week while reading books, listening to the radio, and getting small chores done are up.

Just finished reading James Norbury's excellent adult fable about embracing difficulty and change, sacrifice and loss. A beautiful book with many small lessons, including find purpose. Just what I needed at this moment.
