Hiked at Bandelier National Monument today, where native people lived in the cliffs and in dwellings they built below. Amazing how humans can both adapt to their environment and adapt their environment. Later at our hotel, I met a man who recently found out that he is a descendant of the builders.

Loons home opener in Saint Paul last night. It was about 20°F at kickoff. They gave away these sweet hats with ear flaps, and we beat CF Montreal. How can it get better?
