If you’re freezing leftovers, ground beef, etc, put them in ziplock bags and freeze floor. They will take up less space in the freezer and thaw a lot faster when you need them.

Isn’t this intuitive eating? You were hungry. The cake looked delicious. So you ate cake. I see no problems here.

That book is so good. There aren’t so many parts of it that I found helpful.
