Everything that’s happened over the past six months has been a response to an imaginary crisis. There is no immigrant invasion. No trade crisis. No scientific or governance crisis. Just people completely high off their own supply trying to fundamentally reorder society. None of this had to happen.

Super relieved I managed to buy a car before the train goes fully off the rails next week (I.e. tariffs). Even more happy that I got a Hyundai EV which means I did my part to put Tesla further into the red. I’ve never felt like more of a patriotic American, except for maybe when I voted for Kamala.💪🏻

So many rational thinking people on Bluesky. It is a nice change. My question is, when they try to silence all of us, how can we organize? How can we come together and change what is happening in this country now that the Democratic party will have no influence, likely for a long while?

Never really was a fan of Tweeting, more of a Facebook user. In this type of social app how does one find and connect with people they know? I’m finding the search in Bluesky to be pretty ineffective. 🤷🏻♂️

So, I never really used X/Twitter before anyways (I guess I am too old as a Gen-X), but I did have an account. That is no more, and decided to come over to Bluesky. So far this seems like a much less toxic community and the algorithm doesn't have a nefarious agenda. ;)
