Things I'm grateful for:

I don't have breast cancer

I get to go camping in a few days

I can sleep in tomorrow

As usual, I was the lone respirator masker. Only 1 other patient, one ultrasound/mammogram etc and the doctor were masked, wearing baggy blue surgicals. Not great with the COVID and measles outbreaks we are dealing with in Ontario.

I did some cardio and strength training despite how I'm feeling about my body (not good).

I finally wore my new loafers at work and they didn't get blisters.
