Having tried the Card-en-Ciel demo, it was fairly enjoyable! A bit derivative story wise and on the easier side, but not necessarily negatively. I told myself I might pick it up on sale sometime so I hope you enjoy it!

My Japanese is not good, so I might be confusing the "Advanced Variant" moniker as "the upcoming variant" when it's only a new mode like criterion/savage? But to my understanding, it's just the title for the new one, and only doable as 2-4 player

I didn't catch any details on changes to DDs (might've been said and I missed it) but for the upcoming Variant they actually removed the solo option =/ it can be run as 2, 3 or 4, but not solo, which I think sucks.
