Congrats! One day at a time! My husband has been sober a little over 4 years and I haven’t had hard alcohol for 13 months. Was a heavy drinker for a decade or so. You will notice the bloating in your face disappear. AND - your choices are somehow better. Proud of you!!!!!😊
