As part of some wild fever dream at the start of the year, I started a new blog. I have since deleted said blog, because in all honesty, I don't need a new blog. Plus having two blogs is way to much admin for someone who struggles with, well admin. Anyway, the point being, one of the first things I posted about on that blog was taking a break from social media.

When you think of ADHD, one of the first things that probably comes to mind is focus or, more accurately, the lack there of. Whilst ADHD encompasses a wide range of symptoms that impact executive function, the elements I struggle with the most tend to center around focus. I am struggle to start tasks, when I do I get easily distracted and then find it difficult to get back into something.
