AuDHD hermit living in Aotearoa NZ 🇳🇿

I hyperfixate on politics far too much for my general wellbeing. Other than that, movies/games/books/my cats are my reason for living.
Tale as old time unfortunately. Too many people are more than happy to blame the victims rather than face the actual issue.

Don't get me wrong, other parties should have clear plans and those plans should be critiqued. I want strong policy from the parties I support. I really hope more scrutiny is placed on the coalition parties this upcoming election.

And just in from Seymour.
This is the intent. Forget whatever flowery words Erica uses. They want your child growing up in a NZ that is blind to its history. That’s not learning, it’s indoctrination.

Hipkins made the point that this was Hobson’s Pledge policy.
I’m pleased to see him being reasonably forceful about this and I’m pleased to see his words leading the article.
'A victory for Hobson's Pledge': Hipkins critical of Govt removing school board Treaty clause
'It's a step backwards for our education system.'

Clearly they feel more determined to force people into further poverty than bringing children out of it.

Feigning ignorance of widely canvased issues in health and education is an interesting choice.
