I agree and want to make sure the same thing for my patients. It is very easy for people to fall for something on social media, especially if celebrities start promoting it. As a healthcare provider it should be your goal to make sure the best for your patients. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I also love eating homemade mashed potatoes on thanksgiving. The sweet potato casserole sounds delicious and I appreciate the vanilla syrup tip.

I agree I think it is important to first let the kid grow and develop fully before altering there body significantly. Lack of certain nutrients may cause more harm than good. I think Fad diets should be used later on in life. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I agree, I feel like I live off chicken tenders as well. Yes they can be a source of protein, but they are also covered in oil that can be harmful to our bodies. There can be many other ways to eat chicken in a healthier fashion.

I agree and sometimes the cheaper foods feel more appetizing than the healthier option. I also feel personally I follow where my friends eat, which is typically the fast food restaurants. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

That's so interesting! I did not know Vitamin D plays a role in immune health and muscle support, I was only aware of bone support. I wonder if Vitamin D is something taken by athletes to boost their performance. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I think this is great advice for patients, especially those with poor gut health. Some times patients think healthy food is disgusting, but that is a common misconception and this is a great way to change their views, plus they can save money.

I learned about Paleo diets recently too and found it very interesting. In my diet, dairy plays a big role. I wonder if there is any negative impacts on not including dairy in your diet or positive impacts.
