A crew member on a Libera flagged ship was observed to be dumping trash overboard outside Gotland by a coastguard aircraft.
As the vessel was bound for a stop outside Gothenburg the vessel was boarded there and crew member admitted to the crime.

Will be interesting to see if they get a permit to exceed the 8kn speed limit in the harbor.
