I saw this on FB and thought it was a fake. Nope. It's really on the White House's twitter (x) feed. I really shouldn't be surprised that Trump isn't above mocking the Pope & the Catholic Church, but I am surprised no one in his administration was smart enough to make sure it wasn't posted.

US consumers & businesses ultimately pay the cost of tariffs. The expense of tariffs & increased costs for manufacturers relying on imported materials gets passed down in the form of higher prices at the checkout counter. Over time, they act as a hidden tax on everyday products.
