I want to clear up confusion regarding PSA tests. They do not tell you if you have cancer. They tell you if you have a problem with your prostate gland. If you have a high PSA score, the next step is an MRI and if needed, a biopsy. The biopsy is what tells you if you have cancer. I had a biopsy.

Today I was told that I don't have prostate cancer! Hooray! However I do have pre cancerous cells and have to have PSA tests every three months and a repeat biopsy in 12 months. If you have a prostate gland, get a PSA test. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Ok, Drumroll for the verdict on the Coffee flavoured cheese 🥁🥁🥁 it's delicious! A strong extra mature cheddar flavour with a warming aftertaste of coffee.
We have a cheese competition in the local pub once per month. I'll be taking some along. 😋

Looking slightly hungover but nevertheless on parade for Remembrance Sunday. It was a great turnout from the village with over a hundred people present.

We've been to Lichfield for lunch and a wander and had a coffee in the firm's coffee shop. The cathedral is a spectacular building.
