We at Daemon Detective: Skyla have some bad news. For circumstances beyond our control, we are halting production. We’re not able to continue at this time.

Does that mean our show is done for good? We’re hoping not. Maybe one day we can get off the ground, but we’re not in the position to right now

I just realized we never had an update from our original (and sadly unsuccessful) Kickstarter from 2023. Two years of radio silence for our handful of backers from then was too long. Figured it’s time for some transparency.

We’ve been slowly making progress in recording our two part pilot! With any luck, we will have all of our dialogue (except for perhaps a few bit roles) done by the end of the month.

In these times of crisis, we need to help each other. If you’re unsure on what to do in this scary Trump administration, give this article a look.

Our show use many public domain characters, not just Sherlock Holmes. We are still going to be a Sherlockian podcast at heart. The crossover bits are just for extra flavor.

Slight rebranding for our show. We’re changing the spelling of “demon” to “daemon,” since we feel it better fits the story we’re telling. Apologies for any inconvenience!
