Tibb’s Eve - December 23rd.

We didn’t hear of this celebration in the 80s and 90s.

It seems to be quite popular today - I still do not celebrate.

I was invited to help provide groceries for a family. Years ago I put my name on a list of givers - inspired by the generosity of people in my own financially hard times. The generosity of people continues to give me hope.

Gratitude has been a daily practice for me. It’s easy to find gratitude here in Newfoundland with my daughter and family. Gratitude has kept depression at bay or at least tempered it somewhat. I practice daily. So much to be grateful for.

I had a chance to discuss the worse day of my life.

I had hit a roadblock and quit law school and plunged into an awful depression.

I wouldn’t change a thing. It opened so many doors.
