The ABC's head of HR, Deena Amorelli, has sent out an all-staff email confirming the ABC's widely-rumoured bargaining offer as Aunty begins negotiations on a new EBA. They've offered a 3% pay increase contingent on workers agreeing not to take industrial action for 12 months.
