What’s happening in the US is about exacting revenge and inflicting pain. Unless they come to terms with that, they’ll have to get comfortable breathing with a boot on their necks.

Today was a difficult day, but so many people stopped to give me compliments. Those moments meant something to me more than they’ll ever know. They reminded me that I matter, even when I feel like I don’t.

Another awesome feeling is when an animal lets you pet that bit of fur (or scales, feathers, etc) just above their nose.
One of the best feelings is to walk into one’s favorite establishment and be remembered by the staff. One hopes fondly, of course.
