I grieved for our country w/Felon47's re-election. But I couldn't imagine the depth & breath of his destruction of our democracy & fed'l government. What was unimaginable is now imaginable. The list below is the beginning, not the end. We who cherish our democracy are the only ones who can stop it.

This is also my lived experience. I agree we are in Hell. The moral injury being inflicted on us is increasingly painful. No aspect of life has been spared the taint of experiencing the vile behavior, cruelty, & lawlessness of this regime. Knowing right will prevail sustains my will to resist.

I appreciate Rothkopf's reaction to the obvious mental & physical decline of Felon 47, but saying he needs to be removed isn't enough. When will Trump's supporters step up and act to remove him? How much more proof is needed to alarm them that our country- and they- are in grave danger? Time's up.

Other countries are ramping up preventative and protective measures to prepare for the possibility of avian flu jumping to humans. In the US, Kennedy forbids any notices about new cases and has no plans to protect Americans. The virus doesn't care, but we do!

If asked to rate my pain level from the moral injury being inflicted on us by this regime on a scale of 1 to 10, I am at the highest, most painful level of 10. The pain is every day, unceasing and unrelievable. It feeds my power to resist and fight to redeem our people and our country.
No matter how long I live after we get through this dark chapter, I will never get over the immorality, the amorality, the corruption, the criminality and the cruelty in service to one of the worst humans to ever walk the earth.

The deconstructing Dept. of Education is racing to further undermine the foundation of democracy: an educated electorate. Saw The Resistable Rise of Arturo Ui by Brecht yesterday. The play warns about the way Hitler seized power. At the end, Arturo says conditions that gave rise to Nazi Germany are present in the US. "Athough the world stood up & stopped the bastard, the bitch that bore him is in heat again." Chilling!
