I think the popular backlash to the incoming administration will be swift and vengeful. My issue is not that it will have popular sanction, but whether it will matter at all that it doesn’t. This entire transition is running on the question of: Who gonna check me boo?

Out of every national election some institutions decay and die, while others emerge and grow stronger. Legacy media is a sad example of the former. Bluesky is a hopeful example of the latter.
