Chances are, you have debated someone like me before.

Oh, and since we're talking about Vietnam, look at it's economy once it moved away from socialism and towards a "socialist orientated market economy" in 1986.

No, you haven't addressed this.
These aren't examples of one place starting with a dollar and another starting with the whole bank.
I chose them because they were very similar starting points.

If you don't like those examples, compare communist China between 1949-1979 and market-China 1979-onwards

If you want to focus on broader trends, just look at Eastern Europe under socialism, followed by capitalism.

(You still haven't said what you regard as the best example of a socialist country, I note).

Cuba was richer than South Korea when the revolution happened.
Cuba went socialist; South Korea went market soc dem.

That's partly due to us being more unequal, and the poorer cohort pay much more via indirect taxation.

Maybe it's perfectly normal for a radical leftist millionaire wanting to limit their tax duties to think 'the best person to sort this out just happens to be a convicted sex trafficker, who will selflessly let me use his bank account as a go-between.'

Maybe.

Social housing is good, but it should be noted that we have one of the highest levels of social housing, while also having the highest level of homelessness.

We do however have one of the lowest level of empty homes, meaning we have under-supply.

A curiously large number of recent US presidents have been left-handed.
Not sure if it's pure coincidence, but it seems pretty unlikely if so.

Badenoch is more prepared to hold Reform to account than Chris Mason is.

No other party could have nutty anti-vaxxers conspiracy theorists musing about the King's cancer without the BBC interrogating them.
Mason couldn't even raise the proverbial eyebrow.

There's simply no reasoning with Nimbys.

Might I suggest that having reflective rectangles in an empty field is not akin to Auschwitz.
