I thought that binging the West Wing was a commitment. But I’ve discovered the Good Wife is on channel 5 and I’m about to finish series 4, it’s bloody good and is really occupying my time! I might have to rewatch the Good Fight next!

wow. I’m not surprised by the attitude of a bigoted woman, but I’m disgusted that the council caved in and thought it was appropriate. I can’t believe she had the gall to say that: though as “a point of basic Christian belief, we welcome everybody…we’re not happy with the gay rights situation”.

I was initially relieved to hear the driver was a white British man in Liverpool. But it feels like a dangerous precedent; whenever any public order offence happens now are vigilantes just going to assume that if no mention is made of race then it must be because they are immigrants?

I really really wanted to like death Valley, but so far it’s a struggle. The overacting is a big letdown. What a shame they couldn’t just act instead of trying to do caricatures.
