made something a bit different, first time messing with inkscape. certainly not the best thing in the world but as ive learnt with my journey to make art, it doesnt matter if your thing is the best in the world it just has to exist, thats what matters

theres some differences in the documents you post. these 2 specifcally. one is called head injury but says dental and the other just a follow up. theres a 5 month gap but the age still says 7y0m0d, and the patient reg numbers are different. can you explain this? first post i replied to was deleted.

hullo all, still alive and kicking. actually something to show for the first time in a while. its not much but im starting to get back into being motivated to do things again. sorry if it aint up to standards, i tried my best with the motivation i had (the shark has glasses now, btw)

hello party people! Finally got around to finishing this. Pretty happy with how it turned out since this is, in all honesty, my first time in blender doing something that isn't just... putting an avatar on a cube, or making them pose.
