still negotiations taking place on those. CUSMA compliant goods is what he took tariffs off to match what he’s been able to get consensus on from the Americans. Which is 85 percent of goods traded with US. Now they continue negotiate on auto etc.

As a former supervisor it’s an opportunity to review what needs to happen vs what was being done “ because that’s the ways it’s always been done”

Carney said he wasn’t going to cut civil service jobs. He said he’d use attrition to reduce staffing. Which when I was working in a Crown Corp was not replacing a retirement or vacancy. He also said he’d use AI to improve efficiency. Which most likely means digital processes.
