I maintain that speed vans shouldn't be identified at all.

Its worrying, isn't it?
They are simply not payong attention to the signs.
Or at least Google maps is the excuse. I strongly suspect that the local people just like speeding as normal and they needed a suitable excuse.

They don't care anymore, the deaths that happened seem to be justified in their view.

100% they need to be tackled
tackled, extremely large fines, points on any existing or future licence they may have and rake the damn thing off people!

Those that think the USC will be scrapped will be in for a big shock, the money is now needed and there is no magic money tree.
I think SF are too focused on a united Ireland, something that is nice in theory to many but incredibly complex and costly to happen.

They literally keep pushing through the Gardai line.
The have a right to protest, but trying to push through the Gardai line is just foolish. It will understandably garner a reaction from the Gardai.
