It depends on the people? I have coworkers who need to be reminded a lot, and they're okay with my doing that. Some people might get offended if I reminded them too quickly or often... which is complicated because I have no sense of time and not lots of memory 🤣

YES! Thank you for posting that, so I can show it to people who think I'm faking when I go from overwhelmed to happy just because someone made a stupid joke that made me laugh. I forget I was ever overwhelmed in the first place...
