The Canadian Civil Liberties Association's lawsuit against the New Brunswick government is officially over. The CCLA was suing over a ban on Medicare funding for abortions outside hospitals, a ban the Holt government repealed in November.

Rickey Henderson, the Hall of Famer who colorfully combined style, flash and an unrivaled brilliance on the basepaths to become one of the defining players of his generation, died on Friday, according to the Athletics.

Henderson was 65.
