There is a darn good chance Grayson never pitches 100 innings for the rest of his career. I would’ve looked for more than a rental bat but maybe everyone else shied away. It’s the Angels after all; they don’t get the benefit of the doubt on roster moves.

I was super young and in the US when I saw it the first time around, but season 2 always stuck in my mind the most, probably because of the action. When I revisited it as an adult season 1 “speaks” to me more, whereas season 2 is mostly campy, dumb entertainment.
