Downtown YK needs this project to get across the finish line and this developer took it on when no one else would. There's certainly an element of developer responsibility here but from what we're reading the City's planning department isn't without blame.

This guy is just so profoundly unlikeable (among other adjectives) it boggles my mind that he has a chance to be PM in a few weeks.
Poilievre just called CTV News’ Judy Trinh a “protester” because she dared try to ask him a question outside of the incredibly rigid four-questions-no-follow-up process his party has.
