My husband is a lawyer & several friends. I may not be but I can read & understand basics. It’s a binary choice to allow a company to shut down your truth. Being afraid is understandable. They count on that. At some point someone has to take a stand & there are people who will help. You are wrong.

Well I would think that your EOB from the insurance company as well as the medical establishment invoice with insurance denial on it would be a good start along with your coverage manual.

No. Requires good lawyers and a good judge. You can make them pay for it all. There are consequences for filing frivolous lawsuits. There are lawyers who will be more than happy to take them on and judges who know the law
