Bought this 1980s era Waterman. Very smooth but ink flows faster than I linked in a M nib pen. The cherry marbling is pretty to look at.

Both cigar style pens are from the same pour as the one used for the recent Dragon pen I shared. I just love the swirls and sparkles with unexpected flecks of gold. Pictures just don't do either justice.

When you buy a new lathe which has a forward and reverse, it's much easier to make a pen when it is going the correct direction. (I will not admit to how long it took this old Harbor Freight lathe user to realize this!) 😂🤣😂

Well, glue up (and re-glue up) is done! The 19 is my wife's, the 17s are being gifted on Sunday.
Was a fun project. Going to start on @dipharaohfrancis.bsky.social pen next week barring any distraction.

I used a scrollsaw to cut this. The pattern could be cut using my laser, but it may take something away from it.
