Joe Brady could have Jerry Rice, Randy Moss, and Megatron in their primes and he wouldn't be able to scheme them open. Diggs gets a lot of hate here in Buffalo, but I think he was probably right.

I've slept on it, and while I am supremely disappointed we didn't get the ACA credits I believe that reopening the government is a win for democrats. We've shown that we are the party that stands for the working class all while the GOP fights to keep SNAP from people and to RIF federal workers

I totally understand that perspective. I just think republicans have shown they don't care if working class Americans suffer, they were never going to give in and unfortunately they control everything. Those ACA credits were lost in 2024 and they're not coming back with the GOP in control.
