You’re inspiring me to source some pigment to make it!

Stunning. And the granulation… 💜

It’s brutal. I’m so sorry 💜

Ugh I’m so sorry

As a clinician myself, I couldn’t agree more.

ANS dysregulation seems to be a phenotype of both LC and ME (hence so much dysautonomia and POTS seen in these pops), likely brought on by cytokine insult in the brain during acute infection. I am one of these patients.

But gaslighting oneself does not reverse the process!

Super disappointing that this is being pushed by ME/LC “experts”

No evidence for ME.

Did 3 separate programs. All they did is strengthen my internalized ableism.

These programs work for some people with certain conditions, but they do not reverse neuroimmune disease or mitochondrial dysfunction.
They’ll tell you they cure CFS though 😒

I’m also now noticing that. Effing skill regression 😤

Visible really helped me learn to pace. Highly recommend.

I’m so sorry. And also welcome. The Bateman Horne Center does excellent clinical research on LC and ME. They have patient and clinician resources on their site, including treatment guidelines. batemanhornecenter.org/education/me...
ME/CFS Guidebook
The guide gives patients, their support network, and medical providers with practical advice on ways to manage a ME/CFS crash, and the art of preventing them.
