I appreciate your feedback on how I can more effectively communicate scientific consensus on the effects of parents' placing conditions, such as athletic achievement, on love. I'll continue to work on it, as science is only useful if it's communicated widely. Peace be with you as well!

It’s like saying “desegregation now!” was a bad catch phrase. Well yeah it was scary to a lot of people and faced a lot of resistance and backlash, and even moderates were initially freaked out by the demand to reorder their society, does that make the demand wrong *or* ineffective? Nope nope nope.

This information came straight from the family. No speculation involved. You can even see videos if you don't believe print. And there's mountains of evidence supporting the harmful effects of such behavior. I'm not sure why this is controversial but underatand your perspective. Please take care!

Not sure if you've noticed, but all of this is extremely public. I do have a doctorate in family therapy, so my statement was not judgment; it was pointing out the extreme harm that such abuse causes. I have nothing but compassion for the whole family and hope that they can access effective support.

He "loves" them, all right. But he makes them compete for it and makes sure they know it, going as far as publicly ranking them. I can only imagine what Shedeur is going through after this very public humiliation, undoubtedly a failure in his father's eyes.

Words no longer have meaning. The folks who refuse to lead with love for some reason don't even know the meaning of words like "pronoun" and acronyms like "DEI," yet they seem to be immensely triggered by them. What is the psychological phenomenon behind it?

I humbly disagree, but I think that people (on both sides of the political spectrum) like name-calling and shouting. What I think we need are progressives who don't just assume that most people inherently understand the need for progressive policies. That's where I think the disconnect could be.

I loved it while knowing it wasn't created for my comfort. Definitely needed captions and had to do some research afterward cause I'm old.
