3/I once hired an employee accustomed 2 being the favorite. When she entered a space where she was treated like everyone else, it felt unacceptable 2 her. Cut me some slack; I’m a CIO, not a therapist! Looking back, I could’ve shown her more kindness and awareness more kindness and awareness.
