My quick #paleoart interpretation of the juvenile Homotherium latidens mummy. Article: rdcu.be/d0fku
The young saber-toothed cat walking on snowy ground with a snowstorm starting. The coloration is mostly based on the mummy with deep reddish brown and light colored underside with speculative spots added since some discoloration can happen during preservation.
