i don't think that bush v. gore is the *worst* ruling in the history of the supreme court, but i do think it is the most openly *corrupt* ruling in its history. a real disgrace.

witnessing the power of collective action is the only remedy to this epidemic of delusion.

the belief in a “higher power” or a “force greater than ourselves” is both a comforting security blanket and a permission slip to feel helpless. it promotes inaction and lets us feel better about doing nothing.

the only power greater than ourselves is the power we have from *all* of ourselves.

people’s desire to believe that a force directs chaos has given us religipn, conspiracy theories, so-called-AI, and faith in capitalism.

until we realize that the world isn’t just or unjust, that our collective actions are what inject virtue into existence, we’ll never actually have a Just World
