Without serious protections for the American people, AI will not mean a 3.5 day work week, it will mean a competitive working class as the middle, and large wealthy, with even larger destitute populations.
AI might actually be labor saving in certain contexts (like coding possibly), but more leisure time does not happen without government policy or unions or both www.bloomberg.com/news/article...
