I am currently reading Two Bear Mambo the 3rd in the series. It's brilliant. If this series continues like it has, it will take over from The Dark Tower as my favorite series of all time. @joerlansdale.bsky.social is the master of black humor and crime fiction.

It was Graham Mastertons birthday on the 16th. What's your favorite by him? Mine would be Ritual but I've loved nearly all of them. One of the true greats imo.

Finished the second book The Mugger in the 87th Precinct series last night. Awesome, gritty police procedural with a tight mystery. Recommend it.

I finally got a kindle for Christmas. I had refused for the longest time as I just prefer physical books. I read on this last night and it was great. It's way better to read in bed with then a paperback. Not going to stop collecting/reading physical but it's a good alternative.
