Our RuneQuest PCs have encountered one particular Dancer in Darkness 3 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME, my Ernaldan PC has been enthralled by her as soon as the encounter starts.
The other players in the group decided the one in the green dress is that one.

The presentation of vampires and the Cult of Vivamort in "old" RuneQuest is very Hammer House of Horror.
It was the picture of the Dancer in Darkness in the current Glorantha Bestiary that brought the Brides of Dracula to mind for me.

In the original book, they're described as one with blonde hair and the other two having dark hair. Yeah, I'm nerdy enough to have checked.
I decided not to make both of the dark-haired vampires have black hair just to give it a bit more variation.

Some the PCs' runes and passions have heavily driven how they approach things or how they react. I really, really like that aspect of RQG.

We were doing one last simple task before my PC stayed home for a bit of maternity leave. But.. Stuff Keeps Happening and we were drawn into a heroquest.
On the plus side, being pregnant in the Underworld gives Ernalda cultists plenty of mythic resonance to work with.

I apologise to anyone who has now been made to think of taking a journey to Slough.
To clarify, I didn't meant the town in Berkshire. I meant the much less unpleasant idea of sloughing away your body and flying around with your internal organs trailing from your neck.
